"Recently I hired Superior to install a marble pool deck. This was a large project as it was necessary to excavate my existing 800 square foot concrete deck and extend it to 1300 square feet and build a 50 foot retaining wall and sloping path, and put coping around the pool and spa. In less than a week my back yard pool and deck area was transformed into a resort ! The workmanship and professionalism was remarkable. "I have used Paver and Marble Specialists for a few years now to do many jobs. These include cleaning and sealing my paver pool deck, relaying areas that have become unlevel over time, and most recently to relay and raise my driveway and garage floor to solve a flooding problem that occurred with heavy rains. I was always provided a written estimate detailing the work and a fair price, which includes a 2 year warrantee. "When it was time to remodel and extend my marble pool deck, Superior provided a very professional initial consultation. They were knowledgeable regarding materials (including the color matching of existing marble) and they made recommendations for improvements in the original design of the pool deck. When it came time for work to commence, they prepared the site very carefully. I was concerned about damage to other areas of the property and they worked in a manner which was clean, neat and orderly. Upon completion, the addition and renovation of the existing deck provided a whole new experience in my backyard. The deck has been admired by family and friends alike for its appearance and design. It has withstood the test of time, now in place for several years it is a true testament to quality workmanship and design. "I interviewed several contractors for a major outdoor renovation of my home in Wilton Manors. I chose Todd and his company. I felt instant trust with him. I live Maine I needed someone that I could trust to do the job. This was a MAJOR project, 2 months on site. Front and back yard pool, lighting, landscaping, hardscaping, Irrigaton. Todd handled the entire job himself. I didn’t have to deal with several vendors. He ran the job like a pro! My property looks like a resort. Don’t waste your time with others. He is simply the best. EVERYDAY I received a GM text with updates and plans for the day. EVERYDAY, I received texts and photos of the days progress. He treats his staff professionally and with respect. "Just finished a major makeover of my front and back yard with PAVER & MARPLE SPECIALISTS. Got tired of the weeds and dirt that our 3 dogs are bringing inside the house. Todd, the co-owner with his brother Scott, suggested that we should raise the slope in the backyard with a retainer wall as well as install turf in the front and the back. Within one week, the work started !!! 4 men came every day and worked long hard hours and transformed the front and in particular the backyard into a gorgeous area at INCREDIBLE speed. PAVER & MARPLE SPECIALISTS did an AMAZING job and finished the job in 10 days. Just to really make everything beautiful, landscaper Jorge Hernandez, did an outstanding job with design and plants in the front and back."

"It has been almost 20 years since we first contracted Scott and Todd Bird perform work at our house and have been loyal customers and friends of theirs ever since (well actually there was 1 time early on, that I went with a cheaper price and regretted it as the work had to be redone within 4 months). "My pool deck and patio looked old and dirty because it wasn't properly cleaned and sealed by another company that installed it last year. I also had an area near my seawall that had settled and needed to be removed and reinstalled. Todd was confident he could bring the entire patio back to new condition. After Corey treated and cleaned it on day 1 Todd called me and said he wanted to clean it a second time before they sealed it. And what a difference that made. Todd over delivered on his promise and my patio is better than new. Todd is exceptional and was in constant communication with me. I highly recommend Paver and MarbleSpecialists.
